Job Description:

• We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and reliable Logistics Associate to support the coordination of deliveries, materials, and on-site operations.
• The ideal candidate will ensure smooth movement of goods and maintain clear communication between the production team, installers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery schedules for furniture and materials
• Track movement of items from production to site
• Liaise with installers, drivers, and site supervisors to ensure timely execution
• Communicate updates to clients regarding delivery and installation timelines
• Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and inventory movement
• Assist in supervising loading and offloading of items
• Ensure proper handling and safety of products during transit.

Requirements:

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 3 years experience
• Must be computer literate (basic use of Excel, WhatsApp, and tracking tools)
• Strong communication skills (clear, confident, and professional)
• Smart, sharp, and highly articulate
• Good organisational and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• High level of responsibility and attention to detail
• Must reside within Mabushi or nearby areas.

Added Advantage:

• Ability to drive and possession of a valid driver’s licence.
