Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Fleet Officer to anchor our logistics engine. In the complex world of vehicle management, success is defined by "Logistical Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize daily vehicle operations with the clinical precision required for insurance renewals, driver coordination, and inter-departmental documentation. This role is designed for a "Records Architect" with an HND/BSc and 2–3 years of experience who can blend "Administrative Grit" (tracking invoices and pending tasks) with the "Technical Agility" required to manage digital filing systems and high-fidelity spreadsheets.

Requirements:

1. Documentation Orchestration & Compliance Governance

  • Record Sovereignty: Maintain and update high-fidelity fleet records and reports, ensuring every log acts as a "Source of Operational Clarity."

  • Compliance Architecture: Monitor vehicle documentation—including insurance, licenses, and renewals—acting as the primary "Source of Regulatory Integrity" to prevent operational downtime.

  • Filing Stewardship: Ensure proper organization of all fleet-related documents through digital and physical systems, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for audit readiness.

2. Communication Resilience & Liaison Logic

  • Inter-Departmental Sovereignty: Coordinate communication between drivers, management, and the Accounts department, acting as the primary "Source of Conflict Resolution" and smooth data flow.

  • Task Architecture: Track and follow up on pending tasks, invoices, and administrative requests with high-velocity focus, ensuring "Zero-Friction" in daily vehicle operations.

  • Liaison Power: Interact professionally with vendors and internal teams, maintaining the "Source of Professionalism" required for fleet-related procurement and maintenance cycles.

3. Technical Integrity & Administrative Power

  • Spreadsheet Sovereignty: Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook with millimetric precision to manage logs and shared files, acting as the "Source of Data Accuracy."

  • Digital Architecture: Master digital record-keeping systems to ensure all fleet communications are accurate and up-to-date, providing the "Source of Immediate Retrieval."

  • Proactive Logic: Apply strong organizational and multitasking abilities to meet strict deadlines, utilizing 2–3 years of logistics experience to optimize the "Source of Operational Efficiency."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: HND or B.Sc. in Office Administration, Business Management, Logistics, or a related field.

  • Experience: 2–3 years of robust administrative experience, specifically within a fleet, logistics, or operations environment.

  • Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and digital record-keeping systems.

Core Competencies

  • Organizational Grit: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple high-stakes tasks simultaneously.
