Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Revenue Manager to anchor the financial engine of our Hyatt operations in Ikeja. In the competitive Lagos hospitality landscape, success is defined by "Yield Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize market data with the clinical precision required for Pricing Optimization, Forecasting (ADR/RevPAR), and Inventory Distribution. This role is designed for a "Profitability Architect" with 5+ years of experience who can blend "Analytical Grit" (mastery of revenue management software and Excel) with the "Strategic Agility" required to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to drive market presence.
Requirements:
1. Strategy Orchestration & Yield Governance
Pricing Sovereignty: Develop and implement elite pricing strategies across all distribution channels, acting as the primary "Source of Profit Maximization."
Yield Architecture: Execute advanced yield management techniques to optimize room rates, providing the "Structural Foundation" for revenue growth.
Inventory Stewardship: Manage room distribution across direct bookings, OTAs, and GDS platforms, ensuring the "Source of Channel Efficiency" is elite.
2. Analytical Resilience & Forecasting Logic
Market Sovereignty: Conduct comprehensive research and competitor analysis, acting as the primary "Source of Trend Intelligence."
Forecasting Architecture: Prepare high-fidelity forecasts for Occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for institutional financial planning.
Reporting Stewardship: Generate regular performance reports and present findings to senior management, maintaining the "Source of Management Visibility."
3. Collaborative Integrity & Leadership Power
Alignment Sovereignty: Work closely with Sales and Marketing to create promotional strategies, acting as the primary "Source of Market Occupancy Drivers."
Team Architecture: Mentor and train staff on revenue management tools and best practices, providing the "Visual Foundation" for a high-performance culture.
Trend Logic: Stay updated with the competitive landscape and social media trends, utilizing 5+ years of hospitality expertise to maximize the "Source of Strategic Advantage."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in revenue management within the hotel industry; Pre-Opening experience is a strategic advantage.
Technical Mastery: Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in Revenue Management Software and Microsoft Excel.
Domain Power: Proven ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and work collaboratively in a team environment.
