Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite SAP Functional Support Analyst to anchor the financial technology engine of Dangote Cement Plc in Lagos. In the massive operational landscape of a global cement leader, success is defined by "Financial Systems Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex business processes with the clinical precision required for New G/L, Asset Accounting, Financial Closing, and IFRS Reporting. This role is designed for an "ERP Architect" with 3–6 years of SAP FI experience who can blend "Technical Grit" (ABAP debugging and User Exits) with the "Strategic Agility" required to convert business needs into high-fidelity WRICEF specifications.

Requirements:

1. Functional Orchestration & Requirement Governance

• Project Sovereignty: Manage multiple simultaneous SAP FI tasks from conception to completion, acting as the primary "Source of Project Lifecycle Control."

• Requirement Architecture: Gather and convert business needs into millimetric programming specifications, providing the "Structural Foundation" for technical development.

• Stakeholder Stewardship: Work cross-functionally between business units and IT to bridge the gap between design and technology, ensuring the "Source of Business Alignment" is robust.

2. Technical Resilience & Integration Logic

• Solution Sovereignty: Define innovative functional solutions for business processes in SAP, acting as the primary "Source of Process Re-engineering."

• WRICEF Architecture: Determine and build customization requirements with proper Functional Specifications (FSDs), providing the "Analytical Foundation" for system enhancements.

• Integration Stewardship: Manage end-to-end integration needs across modules (Payroll, Re-FX, FSCM), maintaining the "Source of Systemic Harmony" in an S/4 HANA environment.

3. Operational Integrity & Knowledge Power

• Support Sovereignty: Provide high-fidelity system support to end-users while sharing knowledge, acting as the primary "Source of Operational Continuity."

• Security Architecture: Design and manage Roles and Authorizations, providing the "Visual Foundation" for internal controls and data security.

• Documentation Logic: Perform functional testing and conduct elite end-user training, utilizing 3–6 years of SAP expertise to maximize the "Source of Institutional Knowledge."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: HND or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.

• Experience: 3–6 years of SAP FI experience as a consultant or support analyst (Minimum of 1 end-to-end implementation).

• Technical Mastery: Experience in New G/L, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, and taxation. S/4 HANA experience is a high-value strategic advantage.
