Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Hotel Auditor to anchor the financial engine of our Gwarinpa operations. In the specialized landscape of high-end hospitality in the FCT, success is defined by "Financial Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize multi-outlet sales with the clinical precision required for Front Office Audits, Night Processing, and Error Detection. This role is designed for a "Fiscal Architect" with 10 years of experience who can blend "Analytical Grit" (balancing daily revenue against receipts) with the "Operational Agility" required to handle late-night check-ins and guest requests.

Requirements:

1. Revenue Orchestration & Reconciliation Governance

• Transaction Sovereignty: Verify all transactions from the Front Office, Bar, and Restaurant with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Daily Sales Integrity."

• Audit Architecture: Check guest bills, room charges, and payments to ensure all occupied rooms are correctly billed, providing the "Structural Foundation" for revenue capture.

• Verification Stewardship: Reconcile cash, POS transactions, and bank transfers, ensuring the "Source of Liquidity" is free from discrepancies.

2. Process Resilience & Night Audit Logic

• End-of-Day Sovereignty: Run hotel system reports to close the business day, acting as the primary "Source of Daily Financial Summaries."

• Status Architecture: Update room statuses and verify check-ins/no-shows, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for the next business day’s operations.

• Service Stewardship: Attend to late-night check-ins and guest requests, maintaining the "Source of Customer Service Continuity" during night shifts.

3. Compliance Integrity & Reporting Power

• Fraud Sovereignty: Identify missing postings, wrong charges, or fraudulent activities, acting as the primary "Source of Financial Procedure Compliance."

• Reporting Architecture: Prepare and submit daily revenue reports to management (GM/Accountant), providing the "Visual Foundation" for executive decision-making.

• Coordination Logic: Collaborate with Front Desk and Accounts to follow up on corrections, utilizing 10 years of audit expertise to maximize the "Source of Operational Accuracy."

Qualifications and Skills:
