About Company:

African Natural Resources and Mines Limited (ANRML), established by African Industries Group, operates a fully integrated iron ore mining and processing plant in Gujeni village, Kagarko LGA, Kaduna state—the first of its kind in Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• The IT Support Engineer provides technical support for hardware, software, and network systems to ensure smooth daily operations.
• The role involves troubleshooting IT issues, maintaining systems, and supporting users in line with company IT policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level IT support to end users
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and peripheral devices
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Support operating systems, email systems, and business applications
• Assist with network administration (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)
• Maintain IT inventory, documentation, and support tickets
• Perform routine system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 2–4 years’ experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and antivirus systems
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
