We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are seeking a proactive IT Officer to manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure.
• The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in computer systems, networks, and software applications, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across desktops, laptops, printers, and servers.

• Provide IT support to users and ensure day-to-day system reliability.

• Manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.

• Ensure IT security through data backup, antivirus management, and access controls.

• Implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency.

• Collaborate with departments to address IT needs.

• Plan and execute system upgrades, migrations, and installations.

• Maintain accurate documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

• Proven experience in IT support or network/system administration.

• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking.

• Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and macOS.

• Understanding of network protocols, cybersecurity, and IT best practices.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, MCITP) are advantageous.
