Job Description:
We are seeking a visionary and highly organized IT Manager to serve as the chief custodian of our technological ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for far more than day-to-day troubleshooting; you will be the architect of our IT strategy, ensuring that our infrastructure, networks, and cloud systems are resilient, secure, and perfectly aligned with our business growth.
Your mission is to lead our digital transformation while maintaining a "fortress" mentality regarding cybersecurity and data protection. You will provide the strategic guidance necessary for technology investments, manage high-value vendor relationships, and foster a culture of technical literacy across the organization. Requirements:
1. Infrastructure & Systems Governance
Strategic Roadmap: Develop and execute an IT strategy that anticipates business needs, overseeing everything from enterprise applications to cloud platforms and servers.
Lifecycle Management: Lead system upgrades, software deployment, and hardware procurement, ensuring all IT assets are optimized for performance and ROI.
Business Continuity: Oversee rigorous data backup systems and disaster recovery protocols to ensure the organization remains operational under any circumstances.
2. Cybersecurity & Policy Compliance
Risk Mitigation: Implement robust cybersecurity frameworks and data security policies to safeguard company assets and customer information.
Regulatory Alignment: Drive consistent compliance with data protection laws and internal IT procedures, serving as the primary educator for staff on IT security best practices.
Security Auditing: Conduct regular risk assessments and manage cybersecurity compliance across all organizational technology assets.
3. Innovation & Strategic Leadership
Digital Transformation: Identify and lead technological innovation projects that drive efficiency and competitive advantage.
Stakeholder Management: Provide executive-level guidance on technology investments, translating complex technical needs into clear business value.
Vendor Ecosystem: Manage relationships with IT service providers and vendors, ensuring high service levels and cost-effective procurement.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a distinct advantage.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of progressive IT experience, ideally within a fast-paced corporate environment.
Technical Depth: Expert knowledge of network administration, cloud technologies (Azure/AWS), and enterprise system architecture.
Core Competencies
Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities under pressure, and drive organizational change.
Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of accountability and integrity.
Certifications: Professional credentials such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or Microsoft certifications are highly desirable.
