Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven and visionary IT (Marketing) Manager to lead our brand's presence in Nigeria. In an era where vehicle discovery begins online but closes in the showroom, your role is to bridge the gap between digital innovation and physical sales. You will be responsible for the full marketing lifecycle—from high-tech lead generation and SEO to high-impact product launches and showroom branding.
The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the Nigerian consumer pulse, coupled with the technical skills to manage a modern digital marketing stack. If you have 5+ years of experience (ideally within Automotive or FMCG) and a passion for brand storytelling, we want you to drive our market share forward.
Requirements:
1. Integrated Campaign Management & Product Launches
Omnichannel Strategy: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and outdoor media (OOH) to maximize brand visibility.
Launch Excellence: Lead the strategic roadmap for new vehicle model launches, coordinating promotional events and experiential marketing.
Showroom Integration: Oversee the design and deployment of brochures, billboards, and high-end showroom displays to ensure a premium customer touchpoint.
2. Digital Ecosystem & Data Analytics
Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize SEO/SEM, paid advertising (PPC), and social media platforms to drive high-quality leads.
Data-Driven Insights: Monitor campaign performance using advanced analytics platforms to report on ROI and KPIs, adjusting strategies in real-time.
Tech Management: Ensure the marketing technology stack (CRM, Email Automation, Web Analytics) is fully integrated with sales and service goals.
3. Market Intelligence & Stakeholder Leadership
Competitive Warfare: Conduct continuous market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and defensive tactics.
Agency Governance: Manage relationships with external creative agencies, media partners, and vendors to ensure cost-effective and high-quality output.
Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate closely with Sales and Service departments to align promotional messaging with actual market demand and inventory levels.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience. Preference is given to those from the Automotive or FMCG sectors.
Specialized Knowledge: 1 year of experience as a Vehicle Inspection Agent or related role is highly preferred to ensure technical product understanding.
Technical IQ: Mastery of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) and project management software.

Leadership: Proven ability to manage creative teams and external vendors toward a unified goal.
