Job Description:

We are seeking a high-caliber Cyber Security Manager to lead our cyber engagement portfolio. In this dual-impact role, you will be responsible for the architectural design and management of complex security engagements while serving as a strategic leader for our technical teams.

The ideal candidate is a "Technical Consultant"—someone who can perform deep-dive Vulnerability Assessments and Penetration Tests while simultaneously driving business development and sales for sophisticated security solutions. Requirements:

1. Technical Security Operations & Assessment

  • Vulnerability Management: Lead and conduct comprehensive Vulnerability Assessments and Penetration Tests (VAPT) across web applications, network devices, and diverse operating systems (Windows, Linux/Unix).

  • Security Architecture: Design and deploy advanced security tools including SIEM, NAC, DAM, WAF, and NGFW, ensuring a robust defense-in-depth posture for clients.

  • Incident Response: Oversee network monitoring, incident investigation, and response strategies to mitigate threats in real-time.

2. GRC & Cyber Strategy Transformation

  • Standard Implementation: Drive the adoption of leading security frameworks such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and ISO 22301, ensuring organizational and client compliance.

  • Strategy & Transformation: Develop holistic cyber strategies that align with business objectives, focusing on long-term resilience and risk management.

  • Project Management: Utilize structured project management methodologies to ensure all cyber engagements are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

3. Business Development & Leadership

  • Sales Execution: Identify market opportunities and lead business development activities, from the initial sales pitch to the implementation of cybersecurity services.

  • Team Leadership: Provide mentorship, technical guidance, and leadership to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high output.

  • Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical vulnerabilities into business risks for executive-level presentations (C-Suite/Board).

Qualifications and Skills:

Academic & Professional Profile

  • Education: B.Sc./HND in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT with a Minimum of Second Class Upper / Upper Credit.

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant working experience. Prior experience in a Consulting Firm is highly preferred.

  • Certifications: Must possess at least one of the following: CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 LA/LI.

  • Advanced Degree: A Master’s degree in a related IT/Security field is an added advantage.

Technical Competencies

  • System Mastery: Knowledge of Windows and Linux/Unix environments.

  • Tool Proficiency: Experience with security assessment tools and the deployment of SIEM, UTM, and Email Security solutions.

  • Documentation: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for creating high-level technical reports and proposals.
