Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary UI/UX Designer to architect intuitive, engaging, and high-performance digital experiences. In this role, you aren’t just "making things look good"—you are solving complex human problems through design. You will be responsible for the entire design lifecycle, from raw user research and wireframing to the delivery of high-fidelity, pixel-perfect interfaces for web and mobile.

Your mission is to translate user needs and business objectives into functional interfaces that prioritize usability and accessibility. You will collaborate at the heart of our product squads, ensuring that our design system remains scalable and that every interaction reinforces our brand identity. If you are a Figma-fluent designer with a proven portfolio and a passion for user-centered design, we invite you to shape our digital future.

Requirements:

1. Experience Strategy & User Research

  • Discovery & Empathy: Lead user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability testing to uncover deep insights into user behavior and pain points.

  • Architecture & Logic: Map out complex user flows and information architectures to ensure a frictionless navigation experience.

  • Iterative Prototyping: Transform abstract ideas into clickable wireframes and low-to-high fidelity prototypes to validate concepts early.

2. Interface Engineering & Systems Design

  • Visual Excellence: Design responsive, cross-platform interfaces that master the balance of layout, typography, and color theory.

  • Design System Stewardship: Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system and UI library to ensure global consistency and rapid development.

  • Accessibility & Usability: Ensure all designs meet modern accessibility standards (WCAG) and provide an inclusive experience for all user segments.

3. Collaborative Delivery & Optimization

  • Agile Integration: Work embedded within product teams, collaborating with developers and PMs to ensure technical feasibility and design intent.

  • Data-Driven Design: Utilize product analytics and heatmaps to identify friction points and continuously optimize the user journey.

  • Stakeholder Advocacy: Present design rationale and data-backed concepts clearly to internal teams, acting as the primary advocate for the user.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience/certifications.

  • Experience: Proven track record as a UI/UX Designer with a portfolio demonstrating problem-solving and high-fidelity execution.

  • Tools: Expert proficiency in Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, or Sketch, alongside prototyping tools.

Core Competencies

  • Systems Thinking: Ability to build and scale modular design systems.

  • Technical Literacy: A basic understanding of HTML/CSS and frontend constraints to facilitate smooth developer handoffs.

  • Visual Mastery: Exceptional eye for grid systems, hierarchy, and interaction patterns.

  • Soft Skills: Strong collaboration, communication, and the resilience to manage multiple projects in an Agile environment.
