Investment Advisory: Provide comprehensive legal guidance on new development initiatives, identifying potential "red flags" in land titles or encumbrances before capital is committed.
2. Regulatory Governance & Compliance
Statutory Stewardship: Ensure 100% compliance with Nigerian real estate laws, including the Land Use Act, and coordinate the procurement of all necessary building permits, C of Os, and environmental approvals.
Liaison & Representation: Serve as the organization's official representative in high-level interactions with government agencies (e.g., FCTA, AGIS) and industry stakeholders.
Policy Architecture: Develop and implement internal compliance policies and training programs to ensure all departments operate within the current legal framework.
