We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• Logistics tracking of import and export goods, document preparation, and customs clearance coordination.
• Prepare various import documents for raw materials to ensure compliance with Nigerian customs requirements.
• Assist in preparing export documents for finished goods and coordinate with freight forwarders to complete booking.
• Track the ocean shipping progress of raw materials (via the shipping company's official website/freight forwarder feedback), notify the customs clearance agent to prepare materials 7 days before the estimated port arrival, and initiate customs clearance immediately after the goods arrive at the port.
• Coordinate land transportation from the factory to the port, track the in-transit status of goods, and handle claims for damaged or lost goods (coordinate with insurance companies).
• Ensure import and export logistics comply with free trade zone and Nigerian customs regulations.
• Handle logistics abnormalities (such as customs clearance delays, shipping schedule changes, etc.), report to department leaders in a timely manner, and assist in formulating solutions.

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 3 - 5 years of experience.
