Job Description:
- You will lead the HR function and align people strategy with business goals.
- You will manage workforce planning, employee relations, compliance, and performance systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention
- Oversee employee relations and resolve workplace issues
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and company policies
- Design and manage performance management systems
- Lead training and development initiatives
- Manage payroll coordination, compensation, and benefits
- Drive a strong workplace culture focused on safety and productivity
- Support management in organizational restructuring and workforce planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- 5–10 years HR experience (construction or engineering sector preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices
- Proven leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Experience managing large and diverse workforce
- Professional certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is an advantage.
