Requirements:

Strategic HR & Leadership

• Business Alignment: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business roadmap.

• Decision Support: Report to executive management and provide actionable insights using HR metrics and data-driven analysis.

Talent Acquisition & Management

• Recruitment Excellence: Manage the full-cycle recruitment and selection process to attract top-tier talent.

• Performance Management: Oversee a robust performance appraisal system that drives accountability and recognizes high achievement.

• Learning & Development (L&D): Conduct training needs assessments and monitor professional development programs across all departments.

Employee Relations & Compensation

• Relationship Management: Bridge management and employee relations by proactively addressing grievances, demands, and workplace issues.

• Total Rewards: Maintain and optimize the company pay plan and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness.

• Human Capital Preservation: Support future business needs through the engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

Compliance & Systems

• Legal Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to local labor laws and international human resource management best practices.

• HRIS Oversight: Manage and optimize HR systems and databases to ensure data integrity and streamlined workflows.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Proven working experience as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner (HRBP), or senior HR Executive.

• Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to architect long-term HR strategies while maintaining hands-on leadership skills.

• Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of HRIS/ATS systems, HR metrics, and current labor legislation.

• Soft Skills: Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.

• Result-Oriented: A people-oriented leader with a track record of driving measurable results in employee engagement and retention.
