Job Description:
- Assist in the management of end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles, from job posting and sourcing to selection and onboarding.
- Utilize IITA’s recruitment platforms and tools to screen candidates, schedule interviews, and manage candidate communications.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment journey.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and metrics to support reporting and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to data compilation for report generation and other useful HR metrics and updates and report.
- Respond to internal and external recruitment related inquiries or requests and provide assistance accordingly.
- Perform regular update of records for effective cost recovery on recruitment costs.
- Carry out reference and background checks on potential candidates.
- Maintain quality service by adhering to the organization Standard of Operation
- Assist in onboarding processes by preparing documentation and coordinating pre-employment checks.
- Handle end-to-end Temporary workers request and placement.
- Assist in coordinating with relevant internal stakeholders to address all temporary workers issues such and access control and payment.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:

- Have Collaboration Skill: Builds trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Have ability to manage confidential information and navigate sensitive issues.
- Have the ability to demonstrates discretion and professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- BSC/HND in Human Resources, Public Administration or any other related course of study.
- The ideal candidate must have a minimum of two (2) years’ progressive HR experience in Talent Acquisition in a well-structured environment.
- Professional certification such as SHRM-SCP, CIPM, CIPD, or PMP is an advantage.
