We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HR Staff to manage and support day-to-day human resource operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate high integrity, emotional intelligence, and professionalism in handling staff-related matters while ensuring compliance with company policies and best HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and databases.
• Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary matters, with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Assist with payroll inputs, leave administration, and staff benefits coordination.
• Prepare HR reports, presentations, and internal communications while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in an HR role with a strong understanding of core HR operations.
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
• Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills for managing staff matters.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Banking or finance sector experience is an added advantage.
