Job Description:

• We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Human Resource Officer to support our growing healthcare facility.
• The successful candidate will play a key role in recruitment, staff welfare, performance management, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor law.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 - 3 years’ HR experience (healthcare setting is an advantage).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in HR processes and Nigerian labor law.
