Job Description:

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding and staff development.
  • Manage employee relations and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate administrative activities and office management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR and administration.
  • Strong leadership skills, communication skills and knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Age: 25 - 45 years.
