Job Description:
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding and staff development.
- Manage employee relations and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate administrative activities and office management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in HR and administration.
- Strong leadership skills, communication skills and knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Age: 25 - 45 years.
