We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

  • Assist in developing and executing HR policies and programs
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities
  • Handle employee relations and grievance resolution
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor regulations
  • Contribute to performance management and training initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Basic Training in Employee Relations or Payroll Administration
  • Strong understanding of HR operations and labor laws
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and support strategic HR goals
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
