Job Description:
- Drive strategic HR initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
- Lead performance management, training, and employee engagement programmes.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Partner with leadership to align HR policies with organisational goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field (Advanced certification is an advantage).
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
