Job Description:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company objectives. 
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, shortlisting, interviews, onboarding. 
- Maintain and update employee records in line with labor laws and company policies. 
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling. 
- Develop and coordinate training & development programs to enhance staff performance. 
- Support managers in performance management and appraisal systems. 
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws, health & safety regulations, and organizational standards. 
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination (where applicable). 
- Promote a positive organizational culture, employee engagement, and retention strategies. 
Requirements:
- Must be smart and have extensive HR Generalist experience.
- Excellent recruitment skills.
- Good knowledge of performance management
- Good knowledge of payroll
- Knowledge of labour laws and standard HR practices.
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Must have excellent written & verbal skills.
- Proximity to Ikeja is an advantage.
Qualifications and Skills:
- BSc in any field
- 3 -4 years
