Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented HR Executive with a specialized focus on Talent Acquisition. In this role, you will be the primary architect of our human capital growth, responsible for identifying, attracting, and closing top-tier talent for junior and mid-level positions across the organization.

Your mission is to move beyond mere "resume filtering" to become a strategic partner to our hiring managers. You will own the recruitment funnel—from aggressive sourcing and competency-based screening to offer negotiations and seamless onboarding. If you have 3–4 years of experience in recruitment, a "closer" mindset, and a passion for building high-performing teams, we invite you to lead our hiring engine.

Requirements:

1. End-to-End Talent Acquisition

  • Strategic Sourcing: Utilize job portals, social recruiting (LinkedIn/Twitter), and referrals to build a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates.

  • Competency Screening: Conduct high-impact HR interviews to assess cultural fit and core competencies before shortlisting for technical rounds.

  • Hiring Orchestration: Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, coordinate interview loops, and drive the feedback process toward a final decision.

2. Offer Management & Onboarding

  • Negotiation & Closure: Support offer rollouts by managing candidate expectations, negotiating terms, and ensuring a high offer-acceptance rate.

  • Seamless Integration: Manage the "Pre-boarding" and "Onboarding" phases, including documentation, background verifications (BGV), and induction coordination to ensure a premium new-hire experience.

  • Employer Branding: Support job postings and digital initiatives that position the company as an employer of choice on social platforms and job boards.

3. Recruitment Analytics & Operations

  • Data-Driven Insights: Maintain real-time recruitment trackers and MIS reports to monitor key metrics such as Turnaround Time (TAT), Cost-per-Hire, and Source Effectiveness.

  • Operational Synergy: Collaborate with the broader HR team to update employee data in the HRMS and assist with campus drives or bulk hiring initiatives as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Business Administration. MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is strongly preferred.

  • Experience: 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally hiring across diverse functions (Sales, Tech, Operations, etc.).

  • Technical IQ: Proficiency with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), HRMS platforms, and advanced search strings (Boolean search) on job portals.

  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage expectations and timelines for multiple hiring managers simultaneously.

  • Target-Driven: A relentless focus on "hiring closures" and meeting departmental headcount goals.

N250,000 - N350,000 / month.
