Job Description:
We are seeking a high-caliber and commercially-minded HR Manager to anchor the human capital operations of a fast-growing Health & Wellness firm in Ibadan. In a sales-driven environment, success is defined by "Performance Synergy", the ability to recruit high-energy talent, foster a culture of accountability, and align individual growth with organizational revenue goals. This role is designed for a "Strategic People Partner" with 3+ years of experience in sales-focused environments who can blend "Emotional Intelligence" with the "Analytical Grit" required to optimize workforce productivity.
Your mission is to ensure "Exceptional Talent Retention and Optimized Sales Force Performance." You will be the primary architect of our organizational culture: responsible for scaling the workforce, engineering performance management systems, and ensuring strict regulatory compliance. If you possess "Leadership Prowess," a professional HR certification, and a passion for the health and wellness sector, we want you to drive our people strategy.
Requirements:
1. Talent Acquisition & Sales Force Alignment
Strategic Recruitment: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, specifically targeting high-performing sales professionals and frontline wellness experts to support expansion.
Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical roles, ensuring the organization is never bottlenecked by staffing shortages.
Sales Productivity Support: Drive HR initiatives specifically designed to boost sales productivity, including tailored incentive structures and performance-based training.
2. Performance Governance & Cultural Architecture
Accountability Frameworks: Strengthen performance management systems, implementing rigorous reviews and KPIs that improve individual and departmental accountability.
Culture Stewardship: Build and nurture a strong organizational culture that reflects the values of health, wellness, and high-performance results.
Employee Development: Design onboarding programs and continuous professional development paths to ensure staff skills evolve alongside the company's growth.
3. Compliance, Relations & Data Intelligence
Regulatory Oversight: Develop and enforce HR policies that comply with Nigerian labor laws while ensuring internal consistency across all departments.
Employee Relations: Lead conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and employee engagement initiatives to maintain a harmonious and motivated workplace.
HR Analytics: Monitor and analyze key HR metrics (Turnover Rate, Time-to-Hire, Employee Net Promoter Score) to provide data-driven insights for executive decision-making.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (BSc/HND) in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years in a sales-focused environment, with 2–4 years specifically leading HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, performance management).
Certification: Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, PHRi) or an MBA is highly preferred.
Location: Must be able to work full-time in Ibadan, Oyo State.
