Job Description:

1. Guest Service & Experience

• Professional Delivery: Provide high-quality table or bar service in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.

• Menu Knowledge: Learn and communicate our menu offerings to assist guests with choices and special requests.

• Customer Care: Proactively address guest needs and ensure a premium dining or bar experience from start to finish.

2. Operational Excellence

• Service Standards: Carry out assigned duties related to your specific role, including beverage preparation (bar) or food service (floor).

• Smooth Transitions: Work effectively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure orders are accurate and delivered promptly.

• Guidelines: Strictly follow company protocols, service scripts, and management instructions to ensure consistency.

3. Hygiene, Safety & Maintenance

• Cleanliness: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the guest area, bar, and service stations at all times.

• Safety First: Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests.

• Setup & Close: Participate in opening and closing duties, including resetting tables and restocking service areas.

Requirements:

• Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and late shifts.

• Coachability: A genuine willingness to learn, take on responsibility, and adapt to feedback.

• Professionalism: A positive attitude and a neat, professional appearance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Level: Entry-level candidates (0–1 year experience) are highly encouraged to apply.

• Advantage: Up to 3 years of experience in a similar hospitality role is a significant plus.

• Minimum Requirement: 0–2 years of general work or customer service experience.

• Communication: Good interpersonal skills with a confident and clear telephone and face-to-face manner.
