Job Description:

• Strategic Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring that all departments work in synergy to deliver seamless and efficient service.

• Leadership & Talent Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of hospitality professionals. Cultivate a culture of excellence, high engagement, and guest-centricity.

• Quality Control & SOP Management: Implement and monitor rigorous Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and service standards to ensure consistency and compliance with global hospitality benchmarks.

• Performance & Accountability: Drive a culture of accountability through clear performance management, regular appraisals, and disciplined execution of duties across the team.

• Continuous Process Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks and implement innovative solutions to enhance the guest journey and reduce overhead costs.

• Guest Relations & Experience: Act as the final point of escalation for guest inquiries, ensuring every concern is resolved with professionalism and empathy to secure long-term loyalty.

Requirements:

• Hospitality Acumen: Deep understanding of hotel software (PMS), inventory management, and revenue strategies.

• Interpersonal Excellence: Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder management and guest engagement.

• Commercial Mindset: Ability to balance high-quality service with cost-control and revenue targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or any relevant field.

• Proven Experience: A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management or high-level hospitality leadership.

• Leadership Track Record: Demonstrated ability to build, train, and retain high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Problem Solving: Evidence of resilience and the ability to navigate complex operational challenges with sound judgment.
