Job Description:

1. Professional Wellness Delivery

• Technical Mastery: Deliver high-quality treatments including various massage modalities (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy), facials, body scrubs, and wraps.

• Personalized Consultation: Conduct pre-treatment consultations to understand guest needs, skin types, and health considerations, ensuring a safe and effective experience.

• Expert Recommendations: Suggest suitable treatments or wellness enhancements that align with the guest's needs, maintaining a helpful and non-intrusive approach.

2. Hygiene, Safety & Sanitation

• Infection Control: Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation; clean, sanitize, and reset treatment rooms and tools immediately after every service.

• Environment Management: Prepare treatment rooms, selecting the correct essential oils, linens, and equipment to create a sensory-rich atmosphere before the guest arrives.

• Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all spa policies, local health and safety regulations, and ethical standards of practice.

3. Guest Relations & Professionalism

• Privacy & Ethics: Maintain strict confidentiality and professional boundaries, ensuring guests feel safe, respected, and comfortable at all times.

• Collaborative Service: Work seamlessly with the Guest Experience and Operations teams to manage booking flows and ensure a smooth guest journey from arrival to departure.

• Reporting: Promptly communicate any equipment maintenance needs or guest feedback to management to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Guest-First Attitude: A warm, welcoming personality aligned with Ziba Beach Resort’s luxury service culture.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform multiple treatments daily while maintaining a high level of energy and focus.

• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for conducting consultations and explaining treatment benefits.

• Integrity: Strong ethical foundation with a focus on guest safety and professional boundaries.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Certification: Valid certification/diploma in Massage Therapy, Cosmetology, or Aesthetics from a recognized institution.

• Experience: Proven experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably in a Luxury Resort or High-end Boutique Spa setting.

• Anatomy Knowledge: Strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology as it relates to bodywork and skin health.
