We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• Design, implement, and own the enterprise-wide Risk Management and Compliance Program.
• Develop the strategic roadmap for maturing our risk posture in line with business growth.
• Establish the company's Risk Appetite Framework and present it to the Board/Audit Committee.
• Integrate risk considerations into strategic business decisions, product launches, and market expansions.
• Translate complex regulations into actionable policies, procedures, and controls for engineering, product, and operations teams.
• Act as the central point of contact for all regulatory examinations, audits, and inquiries.
• Prepare and present regular reports to executive leadership and the Board on compliance status, key risks, and program effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's / Master`s Degree with 9 - 15 years experience.
