Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Head of Business & Operations to anchor the strategic and commercial engine of our firm. In a specialized investment landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the deal and the precision of the asset structure success is defined by "Business Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-impact investment strategies with the clinical precision required for Structured Finance, Alternative Asset Management, and Ethical Financing. This role is designed for a "Strategic Architect", specifically a professional with 12–15+ years of experience in investment banking or private credit who can blend "Commercial Grit" (driving profitability and AUM expansion) with the "Operational Agility" required to lead multi-asset strategies and implement Shariah-compliant frameworks.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Growth Governance

• Business Sovereignty: Drive overall business strategy and AUM expansion with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Commercial Momentum."

• Deal Architecture: Oversee structured finance and lead the end-to-end execution of high-impact investments, providing the "Structural Foundation" for firm-wide growth.

• Integrity Stewardship: Ensure strong governance and ethical compliance across all financing solutions, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Trust" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Operational Logic

• Efficiency Sovereignty: Oversee business operations and drive process efficiency, acting as the primary "Source of Operational Excellence."

• Opportunity Architecture: Identify new market opportunities and revenue streams, providing the "Functional Foundation" for diversified portfolio growth.

• Stakeholder Stewardship: Manage key institutional relationships and lead results-driven teams, maintaining the "Source of Relational Stability."

3. Operational Integrity & Specialized Power

• Ethical Sovereignty: Implement alternative and Shariah-compliant financing solutions where applicable, acting as the primary "Source of Ethical Finance Expertise."

• Unit Architecture: Manage and optimize the performance of diverse business units, providing the "Relational Foundation" for executive-level oversight.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 12–15+ years of asset management expertise to accelerate the "Concept-to-Close" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Organizational Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: 12 – 15+ years in asset management, investment banking, or private credit.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or equivalent is preferred.

• Specialized Knowledge: Deep understanding of multi-asset strategies, alternative investments, and Shariah-compliant finance (a plus).

• Track Record: Proven success in managing business units and lead-level deal execution.
