Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Head of Brand and Marketing to anchor our commercial engine in Ikeja, Lagos. In a hyper-competitive landscape, success is defined by "Brand Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize long-term strategic positioning with the clinical precision required for integrated marketing communications (IMC), customer lifecycle orchestration, and aggressive ROI growth. This role is designed for a "Market Architect" with 10+ years of expert experience in the Automobile, FMCG, or Multinational sectors, who can blend "Creative Grit" (storytelling and design appeal) with the "Analytical Agility" required to interpret complex KPIs and optimize million-naira budgets.
Requirements:
1. Narrative Orchestration & Brand Governance
Identity Sovereignty: Build and maintain a strong, high-fidelity brand identity, ensuring every communication channel acts as a "Source of Consistency" for the company’s reputation.
Equity Stewardship: Manage brand equity and positioning with clinical precision, ensuring the brand remains the "Source of Choice" through deep competitive analysis and market research.
Creative Logic: Develop compelling brand stories and innovative campaigns that differentiate the brand in crowded markets, maintaining a "Source of Appeal" for diverse customer segments.
2. Performance Resilience & Digital Logic
Growth Architecture: Design and execute large-scale, data-driven campaigns across SEO, Social Media, PPC, and Email, ensuring every touchpoint optimizes the "Customer Journey."
Analytical Sovereignty: Interpret marketing analytics and KPIs with millimetric accuracy, using data as the "Analytical Foundation" to measure ROI and improve performance.
Budgetary Power: Manage marketing budgets with high-velocity financial acumen, allocating resources to ensure the "Maximum Revenue Impact" of every initiative.
3. Leadership Diplomacy & Stakeholder Governance
Team Sovereignty: Lead and coach cross-functional marketing teams, acting as the centralized "Source of Influence" for talent development and conflict resolution.
Executive Diplomacy: Present high-stakes strategies and ROI reports to the executive team with professional poise, managing relationships with agencies, vendors, and internal partners.

Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of a BSc in Marketing, Communications, or Business; an MBA is a significant strategic advantage.
Experience: 10 years and above of expert experience in Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC).
Sector Expertise: Proven track record in the Automobile, FMCG, Advertising Agency, or Multinational Enterprise sectors.
