Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and creatively elite Graphics Designer & Social Media Manager to anchor our digital engine. In the hyper-visual landscape of modern branding, success is defined by "Visual Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-fidelity design materials (flyers, banners, and brochures) with the clinical precision required for social media management, brand consistency, and IT support. This role is designed for a "Digital Architect" with a degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, or IT who can blend "Creative Grit" (Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva) with the "Technical Agility" required to troubleshoot office systems and manage online platforms.
Requirements:
1. Creative Orchestration & Brand Governance
Design Sovereignty: Create high-fidelity materials including flyers, banners, posters, and promotional graphics, ensuring every asset acts as a "Source of Brand Authority."
Visual Architecture: Develop creative content for marketing campaigns that maintains the "Source of Consistency" across all physical and digital touchpoints.
Portfolio Logic: Utilize proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or CorelDraw to engineer high-quality functional code for the eyes—visuals that drive conversion and recognition.
2. Digital Resilience & Engagement Logic
Social Sovereignty: Manage and grow the organization’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, acting as the primary "Face and Voice" of the brand.
Interaction Architecture: Monitor social media engagement and respond to inquiries with professional poise, ensuring the digital community remains a "Source of Loyalty."
Content Stewardship: Schedule and deploy digital content with high-velocity focus, maintaining the "Marketing Momentum" required for brand promotion.
3. Systems Sovereignty & Technical Power
IT Architecture: Provide basic IT support and troubleshoot simple technical issues, acting as the primary "Source of Resolution" for office hardware and software bottlenecks.
Platform Stewardship: Assist in managing digital tools and website updates with clinical precision, ensuring the "Source of Information" remains accurate and functional.
Agility Logic: Adapt to diverse technical and creative assignments, utilizing Computer Science/IT knowledge to optimize the organization’s online infrastructure.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Technical Mastery: High-velocity proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, or Canva.
Experience: Proven experience in Social Media Management and basic IT system troubleshooting.
