Job Description:
We are seeking high-velocity and intellectually elite Marketing Executives to anchor our commercial engines in Abuja and Lagos. In Nigeria's two primary economic hubs, success is defined by "Market Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, and events) with the clinical precision required for lead generation, deal closure, and high-fidelity revenue reconciliation. This role is designed for a "Revenue Architect" who can blend "Sales Grit" (driving product sales and closing deals) with the "Analytical Agility" required to track campaign performance and provide market feedback to executive leadership.
Requirements:
1. Revenue Orchestration & Sales Governance
Sovereignty of Targets: Drive product sales with clinical focus to meet and exceed company milestones, ensuring every lead acts as a "Source of Growth."
Deal Architecture: Manage the full sales lifecycle—from lead generation to high-stakes closing—acting as the primary "Source of Value" for client relationships.
Fiscal Logic: Collaborate synchronously with the Accountant for timely revenue reconciliation, ensuring "Zero-Friction" between sales activities and financial records.
2. Campaign Resilience & Digital Logic
Omni-Channel Sovereignty: Plan and execute high-fidelity marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event platforms to maintain a "Source of Visibility."
Presence Stewardship: Manage social media platforms and online presence with professional poise, ensuring the brand's "Digital Identity" remains consistent and engaging.
Content Synergy: Collaborate with design and content teams to engineer promotional materials that act as a "Source of Appeal" for the target audience.
3. Market Intelligence & Operational Grit
Feedback Sovereignty: Conduct rigorous market research to understand customer needs, providing "Intelligence-Driven" feedback to the Head of Marketing and the Director.
Logistical Logic: Liaise with the Store Officer for product availability and delivery updates, ensuring "Just-in-Time" fulfillment for closed deals.
Analytical Reconnaissance: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics with millimetric attention to detail to optimize future "Marketing Velocity."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: Proven track record in sales, digital marketing, or business development (Abuja/Lagos market experience is a plus).
Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Social Media Tools, basic data analysis, and MS Office for high-fidelity reporting.
Education: Relevant Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
