Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and intellectually elite Content Creator and Ads Officer to anchor our media engine in Lagos. In the hyper-visual ecosystem of TikTok, Reels, and Shorts, success is defined by "Visual Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize bold, outspoken storytelling with the clinical precision required for video editing, trend adaptation, and social media ad performance. This role is designed for a "Creative Architect" with 1–2 years of experience who can blend "Production Grit" (filming processes and customer interactions) with the "Technical Agility" required to run targeted ad campaigns and maintain a "Source of Truth" for brand engagement.
Requirements:
1. Narrative Orchestration & Production Governance
Creative Sovereignty: Create 3–5 high-fidelity short-form videos weekly (Reels, TikTok, Shorts), ensuring every frame acts as a "Source of Brand Authority."
Production Architecture: Film real-time processes and customer interactions with professional poise, capturing "Engaging Visuals" that humanize the brand.
Editing Stewardship: Utilize high-velocity editing techniques to optimize content for social media algorithms, maintaining the "Visual Momentum" required to capture attention in seconds.
2. Growth Resilience & Ads Logic
Ad Sovereignty: Manage and run social media ads across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, acting as the primary "Source of Revenue Growth" through targeted outreach.
Trend Architecture: Stay updated with social media trends and adapt them with clinical speed, ensuring the brand remains a "Source of Relevance" in the fast-moving digital landscape.
Visual Power: Capture and curate a library of high-impact visuals, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for A/B testing ad creatives and organic content.
3. Engagement Diplomacy & Brand Power
Persona Sovereignty: Act as the bold and outspoken face of the brand when required, ensuring every interaction acts as a "Source of Community Loyalty."
Platform Stewardship: Maintain the brand’s digital presence with millimetric focus, ensuring "Zero-Friction" in how customers perceive our promotional content.
Agility Logic: Adapt content strategies based on performance data, utilizing 1–2 years of media experience to optimize the brand’s "Source of Influence."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: BA/BSc/HND or OND in Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 1–2 years of robust experience in content creation, video editing, or social media advertising.
Personality: Must be bold, outspoken, and comfortable being "The Face" of the brand in digital spaces.
Core Competencies
Technical Grit: Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere Rush).
