Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Communications Manager to anchor the brand reputation of our client’s diverse portfolio. In a complex, multi-sector environment, success is defined by "Narrative Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-fidelity corporate storytelling with the clinical precision required for media relations, digital ecosystem management, and crisis diplomacy. This role is designed for a "Communication Architect" with 5–8+ years of experience who can translate "Sector-Specific Complexity" (Agro, Energy, Advisory, Capital) into "Universal Impact" for stakeholders, investors, and the public.
Requirements:
1. Reputation Orchestration & PR Governance
Media Sovereignty: Develop and execute integrated communication strategies that act as the "Source of Credibility" for the Group, managing high-stakes media relations, press releases, and public statements.
Diplomatic Stewardship: Build and maintain elite relationships with journalists, influencers, and external partners, ensuring the Group’s portfolio companies maintain a dominant and positive market presence.
Crisis Resilience: Support high-stakes crisis communication and reputation management efforts, providing the "Strategic Guardrails" needed during major organizational shifts or external challenges.
2. Brand Architecture & Digital Ecosystems
Identity Sovereignty: Strengthen and maintain a clinical, consistent brand identity across all subsidiaries, ensuring that Agro, Energy, and Capital units reflect the same high-standard "Source of Quality."
Digital Velocity: Lead a high-fidelity content strategy across social media, websites, and newsletters, overseeing the creation of articles, videos, and human-interest stories that drive "Engagement Sovereignty."
Asset Excellence: Oversee the production of branded materials and corporate documents, ensuring the Group is represented with millimetric precision at global conferences and stakeholder events.
3. Internal Alignment & Executive Intelligence
Cultural Sovereignty: Develop internal communication channels that foster "Zero-Friction" collaboration across departments, ensuring organizational messaging is synchronously aligned with the Group's mission.
Executive Advocacy: Prepare high-impact speeches, presentations, and briefs for leadership, acting as the "Strategic Voice" for executives during partnerships and major announcements.
Performance Analytics: Track brand visibility and digital metrics with clinical attention to detail, producing "Intelligence-Driven" reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, PR, Mass Communication, or Marketing. A Master’s Degree is a significant strategic advantage.
Experience: 5–8+ years of robust experience in corporate communications or PR, specifically within multi-sector or high-impact organizations.
Technical Mastery: Proven experience in executing digital content strategies; familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva) is a plus.
