Strategy & Customer Solutions (S&CS):

• The KPMG Nigeria Graduate Trainee Programme is for graduates who are curious about how organisations grow, how strategy turns into execution and how ideas create real-world impact.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Second-Class Upper Division from a recognised university
• Master’s Degree strongly encouraged though not mandatory 
• At least 5 O’ Level credits, including English and Mathematics
• Under 28 years old at the time of application  
• Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme
• Strong research, writing and analytical capabilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI and related tools
• No KPMG aptitude test taken within the last 12 months.
