We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- This is an entry level role. The ideal candidate is responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting air and sea cargo services, and managing client relationships to achieve sales targets.
- Key duties include lead generation through field visits, presenting logistics solutions, closing deals, tracking performance, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquisition of new customers.
- Maintaining relationships with selected existing customers.
- Actively sourcing for new sales opportunities and potential (new) customers.
- Developing an in-depth knowledge of our Air (& Ocean) products.
- Preparation of business offers and complete after-sales documentation.
- Creating and supporting the brand image.
- Liaising with the operational and pricing department to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Advising customers on the best Freight Forwarding product based on their specific needs.
- Following up on sales inquiries made by potential or existing customers by physical visitation, emails and calls.
- Generate new leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Analyze sales performance and metrics by identifying changes in market trends to inform future sales strategies with the end goal of enhancing sales process and revenue.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or a related field of study.
- Must be interested and willing to build a career in sales.
- Must be a fast learner.
- Must have a goal-oriented mindset and must be proactive.
- Good customer service skills
- Must possess good communication skills.
Salary
