Damascus Projects Limited is recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position of Digital Marketer 

Job Description:

Digital Strategy & Campaign Execution:

• Develop, execute, and optimise digital marketing strategies across all major platforms.
• Plan and run integrated marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Set campaign objectives, targeting parameters, budgets, and KPIs.

Social Media Management:

• Create and manage content calendars for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Produce engaging content formats including copy, graphics, short videos, and reels.
• Monitor trends, respond to communities, and grow social followership.

Ads Management:

• Run result-driven campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages.

Email Marketing & Automation:

• Develop segmented email campaigns and automated workflows.
• Manage CRM tools such as hubspot and Zoho
• Track open rates, CTR, conversions, and customer journey flow.

Content Creation & Brand Messaging:

• Write marketing copy for ads, social media, landing pages, newsletters, and blogs.
• Collaborate with designers and videographers to produce creatives.
• Maintain consistent brand tone and messaging across all channels.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Track and measure campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities

Requirements:

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 0 - 3 years experience.
