Job Description:
We are seeking a high-caliber Digital Marketing & Growth Manager to own our digital footprint and drive scalable growth. This is a strategic role for a data-driven professional who can balance high-level brand management with hands-on technical execution in SEO and mobility advertising. You will serve as a vital link between the marketing department and senior leadership, leveraging deep analytics to shape our future strategy. Requirements:
1. Strategic Collaboration & Governance
Leadership Advisory: Partner with senior leaders to identify growth opportunities, set performance KPIs, and report on the ROI of all digital investments.
Operational Workflows: Establish and enforce scalable workflows and RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) matrices to ensure speed and consistency across internal teams and external vendors.
Cross-Functional Delivery: Lead the technical integration of 3rd-party tools in partnership with IT to create a seamless user experience.
2. Digital Marketing, SEO & Analytics
Data Stewardship: Maintain comprehensive analytics across social and web platforms to track user behavior, churn rates, and adoption metrics.
Performance Optimization: Continuously refine and scale campaigns based on data-driven insights to maximize budget allocation and impact.
Tech Oversight: Support software development and management as required, ensuring marketing tech stacks are optimized for lead generation and brand consistency.
3. Integrated Campaign Management
Full-Cycle Execution: Plan and execute high-impact marketing campaigns for service initiatives, promotions, and outreach.
Budget Authority: Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation across all digital and advertising channels.
Event & Media Support: Develop the digital requirements for physical events, advertising placements, and large-scale outreach initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Experience
Proven Tenure: 2+ years of work experience specifically in Growth Marketing or Mobility Advertising.
Project Mastery: Familiarity with managing complex, cross-functional projects from inception to execution.
Leadership Style: A "Team Player/Coach" who can mentor the marketing team while also executing technical tasks.
Core Competencies
Resilience: Ability to "get things done" despite constantly changing priorities, deadlines, and project scopes.
Analytical Mindset: Expert at interpreting data to drive website traffic and strengthen brand presence.
