We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are looking for a resourceful and data-driven Digital Marketer to join our Account Management and Strategy Team under the Growth and Innovation department.
• The ideal candidate will execute and manage digital campaigns across multiple platforms, optimize performance, and contribute to strategic decisions that drive business growth and client success.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor paid and organic digital campaigns (social media, email, Google ads, etc.) 
• Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to improve performance 
• Collaborate with the design and content team to develop high-impact marketing materials 
• Manage client social media pages and performance marketing campaigns 
• Create and monitor content calendars, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Prepare weekly/monthly campaign reports for internal and client-facing reviews 
• Stay up-to-date with trends and tools in digital marketing and performance analytics

Requirements:

• 1 - 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role 
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and basic SEO practices 
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines 
• Experience working in an agency setting is an added advantage.
