Job Description:
We are seeking a versatile Digital Marketer & Visual Content Specialist to lead our online presence and brand identity. This role is a blend of social media management and high-level graphic design, with a specific focus on creating professional, PDF-based collateral. You will be the architect of our digital first impressions—from designing intricate welcome packs for new staff and partners to running aggressive recruitment campaigns and service promotions. If you have a talent for turning plain text into stunning visual narratives and possess a deep mastery of document design tools, we want you to help drive our company’s growth.
Requirements:
1. Multi-Platform Social Media Management
Brand Governance: Manage and grow the social media footprint for the main company and all associated sub-brands.
Content Planning: Develop a regular content calendar that reflects our core values, service excellence, and milestones.
Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics like engagement, reach, and follower growth, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
2. Document Design & Collateral Production
PDF Mastery: Design and produce high-quality brochures, service leaflets, and promotional materials. This is a core requirement of the role.
Onboarding Assets: Create professional, brand-aligned welcome packs for staff, service users, and external partners.
Visual Consistency: Ensure every piece of material—whether a digital flyer or a printed document—strictly adheres to our brand style and visual identity.
3. Growth & Recruitment Support
Talent Acquisition: Design and execute digital flyers and social media campaigns specifically tailored to support our recruitment drives.
Service Promotion: Collaborate with management to visually communicate new service launches, inspection results, and corporate achievements.
Information Transformation: Convert complex text and service data into clear, attractive, and easy-to-read visual layouts.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Experience
Academic Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
Proven Tenure: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience managing social media and document design for a business.
Specialized Experience: (Desirable) Prior experience in creating onboarding/welcome packs or supporting HR-driven recruitment marketing.
Technical & Creative Skill Set
Design Tool Mastery: High proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Canva, InDesign, or similar PDF-based design platforms.
Visual Literacy: A strong ability to handle typography, layout, and "white space" to create professional documents.
Copywriting: Excellent writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and clarity to different audiences (from partners to new hires).
Autonomy: A self-starter who can take a brief and work independently to meet strict deadlines.
