Job Description:
- The Front Desk Officer is responsible for managing the reception area, welcoming visitors, handling incoming calls, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient front office operations.
- The role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and strong customer-service orientation.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, professional manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls promptly.
- Manage visitor logbook and issue visitor passes.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
Requirements:
