We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

  • The Front Desk Officer is responsible for managing the reception area, welcoming visitors, handling incoming calls, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient front office operations.
  • The role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and strong customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls promptly.
  • Manage visitor logbook and issue visitor passes.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
