Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Manager – Meter Engineering to anchor the technical engine of the BPS client network. In a specialized utility landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the deployment and the precision of the data packet, success is defined by "Metering Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize infrastructure installation with the clinical precision required for Grid Visibility, AMI Integration, and Revenue Assurance. This role is designed for a "Metering Architect", specifically a professional with deep practical experience in Utility or Power Distribution who can blend "Field Grit" (supervising technicians and diagnosing meter faults) with the "Analytical Agility" required to optimize Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) and Meter Data Management (MDM) systems.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Infrastructure Governance

• Metering Sovereignty: Oversee the end-to-end installation and commissioning of electricity meters with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Grid Visibility."

• AMI Architecture: Support the deployment of smart meters and AMI devices, providing the "Structural Foundation" for real-time energy analytics and billing integrity.

• Integrity Stewardship: Implement rigid preventive maintenance and inspection schedules, ensuring the "Source of Revenue Assurance" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Technical Logic

• Field Sovereignty: Ensure field teams adhere to standard procedures for installation and troubleshooting, acting as the primary "Source of Operational Excellence."

• Diagnostics Architecture: Investigate meter faults and communication failures on-site, providing the "Functional Foundation" for rapid technical resolution.

• Safety Stewardship: Enforce rigid safety standards and operational best practices across all client networks, maintaining the "Source of Personnel Security."

3. Operational Integrity & System Power

• Data Sovereignty: Monitor meter data quality and communication performance, acting as the primary "Source of Analytical Accuracy."

• Integration Architecture: Ensure seamless integration of meter installations with BPS platforms and utility systems, providing the "Relational Foundation" for system-wide harmony.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize Utility/Power Sector expertise to accelerate the "Deployment-to-Integration" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Infrastructure Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: Strong practical experience in metering operations or electrical engineering within a Utility or Power Distribution environment.

• Technical Power: Solid understanding of Smart Metering, AMI, and Distribution Networks (Transformer/Feeder level).

• Leadership: Proven ability to coordinate multicultural and geographically distributed teams with high autonomy.

• Advantage: Familiarity with DLMS/COSEM protocols, SCADA, or data visualization tools like Power BI/Tableau.
