Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Operations Assistant to anchor the administrative engine of our Lagos-based team. In a specialized corporate landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the workflow and the precision of the record-keeping success is defined by "Operational Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize staff inquiries with the clinical precision required for Document Management, Inventory Control, and Recruitment Support. This role is designed for an "Administrative Architect" who can blend "Relational Grit" (providing excellent customer service and maintaining vendor relationships) with the "Analytical Agility" required to analyze operations and engineer improvements.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Engagement Governance

  • Stakeholder Sovereignty: Answer inquiries from staff and stakeholders with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Internal Information."

  • Vendor Architecture: Maintain high-fidelity relationships and provide excellent service, providing the "Structural Foundation" for external partnership stability.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Prepare and file forms and high-level documentation, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Records" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Resource Logic

  • Inventory Sovereignty: Monitor office supplies and execute orders as needed, acting as the primary "Source of Resource Availability."

  • Log Architecture: Update order forms and operational logs with high precision, providing the "Functional Foundation" for data-driven supply management.

  • Talent Stewardship: Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining the "Source of Human Capital Integration."

3. Operational Integrity & Analytical Power

  • Improvement Sovereignty: Analyze all operations and forward suggestions to the Manager, acting as the primary "Source of Efficiency Innovation."

  • Communication Architecture: Utilize written and verbal skills to streamline internal reporting, providing the "Relational Foundation" for team alignment.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize Proven Operations experience to accelerate the "Task-to-Completion" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Administrative Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Experience: Proven work experience as an Operations Assistant or in a similar professional role.

  • Technical Power: Relevant training and/or certifications as an Operations Assistant.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication with outstanding interpersonal skills.

  • Abilities: Superb organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
