Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Administrative / Procurement Officer to anchor the central engine of the Lagos Food Bank Initiative. In a specialized social-impact landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the distribution and the precision of the inventory success is defined by "Systemic Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize warehouse administration with the clinical precision required for Fleet Coordination, Vendor Negotiation, and Logistics Support. This role is designed for an "Operational Architect", specifically a professional with 1 to 2 years of experience who can blend "Logistical Grit" (managing vehicle maintenance and tracking) with the "Procurement Agility" required to source vendors and manage high-volume inventory.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Fleet Governance
Fleet Sovereignty: Manage and coordinate the organization’s vehicle fleet (maintenance and tracking) with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Mobility Resilience."
Warehouse Architecture: Oversee day-to-day administrative operations within the warehouse, providing the "Structural Foundation" for elite storage and retrieval efficiency.
Integrity Stewardship: Ensure 100% accountability in all administrative activities, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Trust" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Procurement Logic
Sourcing Sovereignty: Handle end-to-end procurement processes and vendor management, acting as the primary "Source of Cost-Effective Acquisition."
Inventory Architecture: Manage and record stock levels with high fidelity, providing the "Functional Foundation" for uninterrupted food distribution.
Negotiation Stewardship: Execute high-level contract negotiations, maintaining the "Source of Resource Optimization."
3. Operational Integrity & Logistics Power
Outreach Sovereignty: Support the logistics engine of food distribution programs, acting as the primary "Source of Distribution Velocity."
Compliance Architecture: Maintain accurate records for all administrative and procurement activities, providing the "Relational Foundation" for policy compliance.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 1–2 years of relevant expertise to accelerate the "Sourcing-to-Delivery" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Social Impact Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
Experience: 1 – 2 years of proven experience in administration, fleet, or procurement.
Technical Power: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and logistics tracking systems.
Proximity: Mandatory: Must reside within close proximity to the Food Bank’s warehouse for ease of access and operational speed.
