We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- Supervise daily fleet operations, ensuring all vehicles are roadworthy and dispatched as scheduled.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and servicing of vehicles to minimize downtime.
- Monitor driver performance, route efficiency, and fuel consumption.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards, including documentation and licensing.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance logs, and inspection reports.
- Collaborate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery and service satisfaction.
- Handle emergency situations and breakdowns with appropriate solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in warehouse operations or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards related to warehousing.
