Job Description:

We are seeking a high-caliber and strategically-aligned Operations Manager to drive the operational backbone of OneVERIFY. In the rapidly evolving RegTech and digital identity sector, success is defined by "Process Agility", the ability to harmonize complex technology platforms, cross-functional teams, and stringent regulatory frameworks into a seamless service delivery engine. This role is designed for a "Systems Thinker" with 7+ years of experience who can blend "High-Level Strategic Planning" with the "Operational Grit" required to manage large-scale fintech deployments.

Your mission is to ensure "Optimal Scalability and Absolute Operational Compliance." You will be the primary architect of our business flows: responsible for translating executive goals into actionable SOPs, managing high-stakes vendor partnerships, and leading technology-driven projects to completion. Requirements:

1. Strategic Leadership & Process Engineering

• Workflow Architecture: Analyze and re-engineer existing internal processes to support rapid scalability and operational efficiency across remote and hybrid teams.

• SOP Governance: Develop and maintain high-fidelity Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational manuals that serve as the organization's "Source of Truth."

• Cross-Functional Synergy: Lead initiatives between Product, Engineering, and Support teams to enhance productivity and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.

2. Project Management & Technology Deployment

• Execution Oversight: Lead the planning and delivery of technology-driven projects, ensuring that OneVERIFY deployments meet rigorous quality standards and milestones.

• Risk Mitigation: Implement proactive risk management strategies to identify and neutralize operational bottlenecks or technical challenges before they impact delivery.

• Milestone Integrity: Coordinate with engineering leads to ensure that software releases and platform updates are aligned with operational readiness.

3. Compliance, Partnerships & Data Intelligence

• Regulatory Stewardship: Ensure all operations strictly adhere to data privacy laws, RegTech frameworks, and internal security policies.

• Vendor & Stakeholder Diplomacy: Manage relationships with government partners and external vendors, negotiating contracts and monitoring Service-Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Analytical Reporting: Maintain executive-level dashboards and performance metrics, utilizing data-driven insights to guide strategic decision-making and project adjustments.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Engineering (Master’s Degree preferred).

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years in operations management, specifically within Technology, SaaS, or Fintech environments.

• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Digital Identity platforms, RegTech, and automated technology workflows.
