The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of oil and gas products.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

  • The Experience Center (XC) Supervisor is the operational leader and primary brand steward of the TradeGrid Experience Center. This high-impact role is responsible for ensuring the center runs flawlessly, achieves ambitious customer experience and sales goals, and maintains TradeGird's standard of excellence.
  • You will manage daily activities and act as the primary point of resolution for complex customer issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily center operations, including rigorous opening/closing procedures, meticulous inventory management, and accurate cash handling reconciliation.
  • Implement and strictly enforce TradeGrid's policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Coordinate logistics for in-center events, high-value workshops, and new product launches.
  • Generate, analyze, and report on daily/weekly performance metrics covering customer engagement, sales volume, and foot traffic.
  • Lead, schedule, and train XC Assistants, ensuring the highest level of product knowledge and customer service expertise.
  • Conduct regular, constructive performance reviews and provide proactive feedback to drive team growth.
  • Address and swiftly resolve internal team conflicts and immediate operational challenges.
  • Act as the final point of contact for and effectively resolve complex or escalated customer complaints and inquiries, upholding brand loyalty.
  • Drive and motivate the team to consistently meet engagement and sales targets for our featured products and services (e.g., TradersCard, financing products).
  • Serve as an exemplary TradeGrid brand ambassador in all interactions, embodying the company's core values.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a retail, premium customer service, or hospitality supervisory role.
  • Required: Proven experience successfully managing a customer-facing physical location (e.g., flagship retail store, service center, or high-end showroom).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a small, high-performing team.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail in managing physical retail/experience spaces.
  • Excellent capacity to exercise sound judgment under pressure and resolve customer escalations with professionalism.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail/sales analytics tools.
