Job Description:
- Process customer payments accurately (cash, POS, transfers, USSD).
- Issue receipts, balance cash drawers, and maintain daily financial records.
- Prepare daily sales reports and reconcile POS settlement.
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure a pleasant service experience.
- Maintain proper documentation of transactions and ensure zero cash discrepancies.
- Report any POS or payment issues to the supervisor for quick resolution.
- Ensure compliance with all company financial and operational procedures.
- Support inventory checks and assist with store operations when needed.
Requirements:
- OND / HND qualification / B.Sc. Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1 – 2 years of proven experience as a cashier or front-desk officer.
- Strong numerical accuracy and record-keeping ability.
- Proficiency with POS terminals, cash handling, and basic Excel.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Must be reliable, trustworthy, and well-organized.
- Must be available for immediate resumption.
- Residing in or near Lekki is an added advantage.
