Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and technically fluent Executive Assistant to anchor the operational engine of our ICT Outsourcing firm’s leadership. In a specialized maritime landscape where organizational momentum is dictated by the speed of clearing and the precision of the shipping documentation success is defined by "Maritime Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-level administrative support with the clinical precision required for Cargo Tracking, Forwarding, and Stakeholder Liaison. This role is designed for a "Logistics Architect" with 4–6 years of experience who can blend "Field Grit" (managing original shipping documents and clearing processes) with the "Executive Agility" required to maintain a calm, structured work environment under pressure.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Logistics Governance
Shipping Sovereignty: Coordinate clearing and forwarding activities with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Supply Chain Continuity."
Cargo Architecture: Track cargo movement and provide real-time updates, providing the "Structural Foundation" for predictable delivery timelines.
Integrity Stewardship: Manage and follow up on original shipping documents, ensuring the "Source of Transactional Security" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Stakeholder Logic
Liaison Sovereignty: Act as the primary bridge between the MD and internal/external stakeholders, acting as the primary "Source of Relational Harmony."
Operational Architecture: Manage processes and people across departments to ensure executive directives are met, providing the "Functional Foundation" for organizational alignment.
Pressure Stewardship: Maintain a calm and structured environment while solving complex problems proactively, maintaining the "Source of Executive Stability."
3. Operational Integrity & Professional Power
Administrative Sovereignty: Provide high-level operational support to the MD, acting as the primary "Source of Time Optimization."
Compliance Architecture: Align all shipping documentation with maritime regulations and port requirements, providing the "Relational Foundation" for risk-free operations.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 4–6 years of maritime experience to resolve clearing bottlenecks in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Operational Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: 4 – 6 years of experience as an EA or in a similar role specifically within the maritime/shipping industry.
Domain Power: Strong understanding of Clearing & Forwarding processes and experience with shipping lines or logistics firms.
Attributes: Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
Gender Preference: Male candidate preferred.
