Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Receptionist to anchor the front-end engine of our Abeokuta operations. In a specialized corporate landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of communication and the precision of the first impression success is defined by "Operational Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-volume visitor traffic with the clinical precision required for Phone Screening, Appointment Scheduling, and Document Preparation. This role is designed for an "Interface Architect" with a High School Diploma and 0–1 year of experience who can blend "Relational Grit" (handling inquiries and greeting visitors) with the "Strategic Agility" required to monitor office security and maintain inventory.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Engagement Governance

  • First-Impression Sovereignty: Greet and welcome visitors with millimetric focus on courtesy, acting as the primary "Source of Brand Hospitality."

  • Communication Architecture: Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments, providing the "Structural Foundation" for seamless internal connectivity.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Ensure security procedures are followed for visitor access, ensuring the "Source of Facility Safety" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Resource Logic

  • Information Sovereignty: Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to clients, acting as the primary "Source of Organizational Knowledge."

  • Logistics Architecture: Receive, sort mail, and monitor office supply inventory, providing the "Functional Foundation" for uninterrupted staff support.

  • Station Stewardship: Manage the reception area’s cleanliness and organization, maintaining the "Source of Professional Workplace Standards."

3. Operational Integrity & Admin Power

  • Administrative Sovereignty: Assist with filing, data entry, and document preparation, acting as the primary "Source of Clerical Accuracy."

  • Scheduling Architecture: Coordinate appointments and meetings with clinical precision, providing the "Relational Foundation" for executive productivity.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize Microsoft Office proficiency to resolve scheduling conflicts in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Administrative Throughput" in Abeokuta.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience: 0 – 1 year of experience (proven experience in a similar role is an advantage).

  • Technical Power: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
